Effects of mooring line breakage on dynamic responses of grid moored fish farms under pure current conditions

Due to the lack of sheltered area, Norwegian fish farms are expanding more exposed and remote sites. The severe environmental conditions in sites can increase risk structural failure during aquaculture operations. In present study, program FhSim is employed conduct time-domain simulations investigate responses a single-cage 1 × 4 multi-cage farm due breakages mooring lines. influences on tension distribution system displacement buoys breakage at different lines analysed detail.
